  • 1/4 cup Sesame Paste (Tahini)
  • 3 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Rice Vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Maple Syrup
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Chili Oil
  • 2 stalks Scallions

Instructions

  1. 1Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  2. 2In a bowl, whisk together sesame paste, soy sauce, rice vinegar, maple syrup, minced garlic, grated ginger, sesame oil, and chili oil(optional). Add 2 tablespoons of water if needed to make a smoother sauce.
  3. 3Toss the cooked noodles with the sesame sauce.
  4. 4Garnish with chopped scallions and serve cold or at room temperature.
