Ingredients

  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Boiling water
  • 1/2 cup Cold water
  • 1 cup Scallions
  • 2 tablespoons Sesame oil
  • 4 tablespoons Vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon White pepper

Instructions

  1. 1In a large bowl, combine flour and boiling water. Stir until a shaggy dough forms.
