  • 3 tbsp Coconut aminos
  • 2 tbsp Lime juice
  • 1 tbsp Maple syrup
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 tsp Ginger
  • 1 medium Red bell pepper
  • 2 stalks Green onions
  • 2 tsp Sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. 1Press tofu to remove excess water, then cube and bake until crispy.
  2. 2Cook rice noodles according to package instructions.
  3. 3In a bowl, whisk together almond butter, coconut aminos, lime juice, maple syrup, garlic, and ginger.
