  • 1/4 tsp Chili Flakes
  • 1 head Lettuce Cups

Instructions

  1. 1Toast the rice: In a dry skillet over medium heat, toast the rice until golden brown and fragrant. Let cool and grind into a coarse powder using a spice grinder or mortar and pestle.
  2. 2Cook the chicken: In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground chicken until browned and cooked through. Drain any excess fat.
