  • 2 tablespoons Cornstarch

  • 1 teaspoon Rosewater
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Pistachios (Optional)

Instructions

  1. 1In a small bowl, whisk together cornstarch and 1/4 cup of milk until smooth.
  2. 2In a saucepan, combine the remaining milk and sugar. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring until sugar dissolves.
  3. 3Gradually whisk in the cornstarch mixture, stirring constantly to prevent lumps from forming.
  4. 4Continue to cook, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens to a pudding-like consistency.
  5. 5Remove from heat and stir in rosewater.
  6. 6Pour into cups and sprinkle with ground cinnamon and chopped pistachios, if desired. Serve hot.
