  • 16 oz Shirataki noodles
  • 4 tbsp Olive oil
  • 4 cloves Garlic
  • 0.25 cup Dry white wine (optional)
  • 3 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 0.25 tsp Red pepper flakes
  • 2 tbsp Fresh parsley
  • 0.25 tsp Salt
  • 0.125 tsp Black pepper

Instructions

  1. 1Rinse the shirataki noodles thoroughly under cold water and drain well. Pat dry with paper towels.
  2. 2Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes and sauté for 1 minute, or until fragrant.
