Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground pork
  • 4 cups Napa cabbage
  • 1/2 cup Green onions
  • 1 tbsp Ginger
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 tbsp Tapioca starch
  • 2 tbsp Rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp Sesame oil
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 1 package Rice flour
  • 2 tbsp Coconut aminos
  • 1 tbsp Rice Vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp Red Pepper Flakes

Instructions

  1. 1Finely chop the cabbage and green onions.
  2. 2In a large bowl, combine ground pork, cabbage, green onions, ginger, garlic, tapioca starch, rice vinegar, sesame oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. 3Mix well to combine.
  4. 4Place a small amount of filling in the center of each dumpling wrapper.
  5. 5Fold the wrapper over to form a half-moon shape, and crimp the edges to seal.
  6. 6Bring a large pot of water to a boil.
  7. 7Gently drop the dumplings into the boiling water.
  8. 8Cook for 8-10 minutes, or until the dumplings float to the surface and are cooked through.
  9. 9Whisk the dipping sauce ingredients together in a small bowl.
  10. 10Serve dumplings with the dipping sauce.
