  • 1.5 lbs Chicken Thighs
  • 4 cups Cauliflower Rice
  • 2 tbsp Sesame Oil
  • 1/4 cup Soy Sauce (Tamari)
  • 2 tbsp Rice Vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Swerve (Brown)
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 1 tsp Ginger
  • 1 tbsp Sesame Seeds
  • 2 stalks Green Onions
  • 1/4 tsp Xanthan Gum

Instructions

  1. 1Cut chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces.
  2. 2Heat sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  3. 3Add chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
  4. 4In a small bowl, whisk together Tamari soy sauce, rice vinegar, brown Swerve, minced garlic, and ginger.
