  • 0.5 cup Almond flour
  • 0.25 cup Sesame seeds
  • 1 large Egg
  • 0.25 cup Coconut aminos
  • 2 tbsp Swerve (or erythritol)
  • 1 tbsp Rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp Ginger
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 4 cups Cabbage
  • 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Apple cider vinegar

Instructions

  1. 1Cut the chicken thighs into 1-inch pieces.
  2. 2In a shallow dish, combine almond flour and sesame seeds.
  3. 3In another shallow dish, beat the egg.
  4. 4Dip each piece of chicken into the egg, then dredge in the almond flour mixture, pressing to adhere.
