Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Potato Starch
  • 1 large Egg
  • 2 tbsp Sesame Oil
  • 2 tbsp Rice Vinegar
  • 3 tbsp Coconut Aminos
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 tsp Ginger
  • 2 tbsp Sesame Seeds
  • 2 tbsp Avocado Oil

Instructions

  1. 1Cut chicken breast into 1-inch pieces.
  2. 2In a bowl, whisk together tapioca starch, potato starch, and egg.
  3. 3Add chicken pieces to the starch mixture and coat evenly.
  4. 4Heat avocado oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  5. 5Fry chicken pieces in batches until golden brown and cooked through (about 5-7 minutes per batch).
  6. 6Remove chicken and set aside.
  7. 7In a separate bowl, whisk together sesame oil, rice vinegar, coconut aminos, honey, grated garlic, and grated ginger.
  8. 8Add the sauce to the skillet and cook for 1-2 minutes until slightly thickened.
