  • 1/2 medium Onion
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Parsley
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Cilantro
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon Coriander
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1 tablespoon Flaxseed Meal
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoons Tahini
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
  • 2-3 tablespoons Water

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. 2Rinse and drain the chickpeas. In a food processor, combine the chickpeas, onion, parsley, cilantro, garlic, cumin, coriander, baking powder, and flaxseed meal. Process until a coarse mixture forms.
