  • 1/2 medium Onion
  • 1/2 medium Bell pepper
  • 1 cup Black beans
  • 1 medium Avocado
  • 1/2 cup Salsa
  • 4 each Large tortillas (gluten-free if needed)
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil

Instructions

  1. 1Press the tofu to remove excess water. Crumble the tofu into a bowl.
