  • 8 cups Corn tortilla chips
  • 2 cups Salsa verde
  • 1 block Extra-firm tofu
  • 2 tablespoons Nutritional yeast
  • 2 each Avocado
  • 1/4 cup Red onion
  • 1/4 cup Cilantro
  • 1/2 cup Dairy-free crema
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. 2Spread tortilla chips on a baking sheet and bake for 5-7 minutes, until slightly warmed.
