Ingredients

  • 6 strips Vegan Bacon
  • 1 medium Shallots
  • 1.5 cups Dairy-Free Milk
  • 4 large Eggs
  • 2 tbsp Nutritional Yeast
  • 1/2 cup Dairy-Free Cheddar Shreds
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Olive Oil

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9-inch pie dish.
  2. 2Cook vegan bacon in a skillet until crispy. Crumble and set aside.
  3. 3Sauté chopped shallots in the same skillet with olive oil until softened, about 5 minutes.
  4. 4In a large bowl, whisk together dairy-free milk, eggs, nutritional yeast, salt, and pepper.
  5. 5Stir in crumbled vegan bacon and sautéed shallots.
  6. 6Pour the mixture into the prepared pie dish.
  7. 7Sprinkle dairy-free cheddar shreds over the top.
  8. 8Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the quiche is set and golden brown.
  9. 9Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.
