  • 4 oz Sun-dried Tomato slices (as a ham substitute)
  • 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. 2In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Whisk in flour and cook for 1 minute.
