Ingredients

  • 8 oz Bihon rice noodles
  • 1 lb Chicken breast
  • 1 cup Carrots
  • 2 cups Cabbage
  • 1/2 cup Celery
  • 1/2 medium Onion
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 2 cups Chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup Soy sauce (gluten-free)
  • 2 tbsp Oyster sauce (egg-free)
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. 1Soak bihon noodles in warm water until softened.
  2. 2Heat vegetable oil in a large wok or pan over medium-high heat.
  3. 3Sauté garlic and onion until fragrant.
  4. 4Add chicken and cook until browned.
  5. 5Add carrots, cabbage, and celery, and stir-fry for 3 minutes.
  6. 6Add chicken broth, soy sauce, and oyster sauce. Bring to a simmer.
  7. 7Add drained noodles and cook until the noodles have absorbed the liquid and are tender.
  8. 8Serve hot.
