  • 2 tbsp Tomato Paste
  • 0.25 cup Sunflower Seeds
  • 1 tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
  • 3 tbsp Olive Oil (for sauce)

Instructions

  1. 1Cut pork tenderloin into 1-inch cubes. In a bowl, combine olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper. Marinate pork in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
