Ingredients

  • 1 cup Gluten-Free All-Purpose Flour Blend (with xanthan gum)
  • 1 cup Water
  • 0.25 tsp Salt
  • 2 cups Vegetable Oil
  • 0.5 cup Sugar
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 4 oz Dark Chocolate
  • 0.5 cup Heavy Cream

Instructions

  1. 1In a saucepan, bring water and salt to a boil.
