  • 1.5 lbs Chicken Thighs
  • 10 cloves Garlic
  • 3 tbsp Coconut Aminos
  • 1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp Ground Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 3 tbsp Avocado Oil
  • 4 Eggs

Instructions

  1. 1Marinate the chicken thighs in coconut aminos, apple cider vinegar, black pepper, and salt for at least 15 minutes.

  3. 3Heat avocado oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  4. 4Fry the marinated chicken thighs until cooked through and browned, about 6-8 minutes per side. Remove and set aside, then slice.
