  • 1/4 cup Coconut aminos
  • 2 tbsp Coconut sugar
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 1 inch Ginger
  • 1 tbsp Fish sauce
  • 2 tbsp Coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup Coconut cream
  • 2 stalks Green onions
  • 4 cups Cooked rice

Instructions

  1. 1Cut chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces.
  2. 2In a bowl, whisk together coconut aminos, coconut sugar, minced garlic, grated ginger, and fish sauce.
  3. 3Heat coconut oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
