Ingredients

  • 12 sheets Rice paper wrappers
  • 4 oz Rice vermicelli noodles
  • 12 oz Cooked shrimp
  • 4 oz Cooked pork belly
  • 1 head Lettuce leaves
  • 1/2 cup Mint leaves
  • 1/2 cup Cilantro leaves
  • 1 cup Bean sprouts
  • 1/2 cup Peanut sauce

Instructions

  1. 1Cook the rice vermicelli noodles according to package directions.
  2. 2Prepare all fillings: shrimp, pork, lettuce, herbs, bean sprouts.
  3. 3Soften a rice paper wrapper by dipping it in warm water for a few seconds.
  4. 4Lay the wrapper on a flat surface and arrange fillings in the center.
  5. 5Fold the sides of the wrapper over the filling, then roll tightly from the bottom up.
  6. 6Repeat with remaining wrappers and fillings.
  7. 7Serve immediately with peanut sauce.
