Ingredients

  • 2 cans Canned Tuna in Water
  • 1/2 cup Dairy-Free Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup Celery
  • 1/4 cup Red Onion
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
  • 8-12 leaves Lettuce Leaves

Instructions

  1. 1Open the 2 cans of Canned Tuna in Water. Drain all the water from the cans. Place the drained tuna into a medium-sized bowl.
  2. 2Add the 1/2 cup Dairy-Free Mayonnaise, 1/2 cup Celery (cut into 1/4-inch pieces), 1/4 cup Red Onion (cut into 1/4-inch pieces), 1 tbsp Lemon Juice, 1/4 tsp Salt, and 1/4 tsp Black Pepper to the bowl with the tuna.
  3. 3Use a fork to gently mix all the ingredients in the bowl until they are well combined. Be careful not to overmix, as this can make the tuna salad mushy.
  4. 4Spoon about 1/4 cup of the tuna salad mixture into each of the 8-12 Lettuce Leaves.
  5. 5Fold the lettuce leaves around the tuna salad to create wraps.
  6. 6Serve the Dairy-Free Tuna Salad Lettuce Wraps immediately.
