  • 8 slices Thick-cut bread
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1/4 cup Plant-based milk (e.g., almond, soy)
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. 1In a shallow dish, whisk together the 4 eggs, 1/4 cup plant-based milk, 1/4 tsp salt, and 1/4 tsp black pepper until well combined.
  2. 2Heat the 2 tbsp vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat, which is approximately 350°F (175°C).
  3. 3Dip each of the 8 slices of thick-cut bread into the egg mixture, turning to ensure both sides are fully coated.
