Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups All-purpose flour
  • 2 medium Apples (peeled, cored, and diced)
  • 1 cup Plant-based milk (e.g., almond, soy)
  • 1 large Egg
  • 2 tablespoons Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch Pinch of salt
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil (for frying)
  • 2 tablespoons Powdered sugar (for dusting)

Instructions

  1. 1In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  2. 2In a separate bowl, whisk together plant-based milk, egg, and vanilla extract.
  3. 3Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Do not overmix.
