Ingredients

  • 4 6 oz Salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons White miso paste
  • 2 tablespoons Mirin
  • 1 tablespoon Sake
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Maple syrup
  • 1 lb Asparagus
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. 2In a small bowl, whisk together miso paste, mirin, sake, soy sauce, and maple syrup.
  3. 3Place salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush the miso glaze over the salmon.
  4. 4Arrange asparagus around the salmon. Drizzle asparagus with sesame oil.
  5. 5Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
