  • 1/2 cup Tofu, firm, cubed
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 2 cups Cooking Oil

Instructions

  1. 1In a bowl, mix all-purpose flour, rice flour, water, salt, and turmeric powder to create a batter.
  2. 2Add chopped onion, grated carrot, shredded cabbage, and chives to the batter.
  3. 3Heat cooking oil in a deep pan.
  4. 4Spoon portions of the batter into the hot oil and deep fry until golden brown and crispy.
  5. 5Remove and drain excess oil on paper towels before serving.
