Ingredients

  • 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 3/4 cup Water
  • 2 tbsp Dairy-Free Margarine
  • 1/2 cup Creamed Corn
  • 2 tbsp Sugar

Instructions

  1. 1In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
  2. 2Gradually add water, whisking until smooth.
  3. 3Heat a non-stick pan or griddle over medium heat.
  4. 4Pour a thin layer of batter onto the pan. Cook until bubbles form on the surface.
  5. 5Spread dairy-free margarine over the surface, then sprinkle with creamed corn and sugar.
  6. 6Fold the pancake in half and cook for another minute until golden brown.
  7. 7Cut into wedges and serve.
