Ingredients

  • 1 cup Almond Flour
  • 1/4 cup Maple Syrup
  • 1/4 cup Coconut Oil
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 cup Cloudberry Jam

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. 2In a medium-sized bowl, combine the 1 cup of almond flour, the 1/4 cup of maple syrup, the 1/4 cup of coconut oil, and the 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract. Mix these ingredients thoroughly with a spoon or spatula until a cohesive dough forms.
  3. 3Divide the dough evenly and press it firmly into small tartlet molds, shaping it to line the bottom and sides of each mold.
  4. 4Place the tartlet molds into the preheated oven and bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden brown and the dough appears set.
  5. 5Carefully remove the tartlets from the oven and let them cool completely in their molds on a wire rack. This allows them to firm up before handling.
  6. 6Once the tartlets are completely cool, gently remove them from their molds. Spoon the 1/2 cup of cloudberry jam into the center of each tartlet, filling them evenly.
  7. 7Serve the Cloudberry Jam and Almond Tartlets immediately, or store them in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
