  • 0.5 cup Gluten-Free Breadcrumbs

  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 0.5 tsp Allspice
  • 0.25 tsp Nutmeg
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 cup Beef Broth
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream (or Coconut Cream)
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Dill
  • 1 tbsp Gluten-Free Flour (tapioca or potato starch)

Instructions

  1. 1In a bowl, combine ground beef, ground pork, gluten-free breadcrumbs, milk, grated onion, minced garlic, allspice, nutmeg, salt, and pepper. Mix well with your hands.

  3. 3Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Brown the meatballs on all sides.
