  • 1/4 cup Tapioca starch
  • 1 1/2 cups Water
  • 2 tablespoons Vegan egg substitute
  • 4 tablespoons Vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup Green onions
  • 1/2 cup Pickled carrots and daikon
  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Chili garlic sauce

Instructions

  1. 1Combine rice flour, tapioca starch, and water in a bowl. Mix well and let rest for 30 minutes.
  2. 2Add the vegan egg substitute to the batter.
  3. 3Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  4. 4Pour the batter into the skillet and cook until the bottom is golden brown and crispy.
  5. 5Flip and cook the other side until crispy.
  6. 6Cut into small squares.
  7. 7Stir fry green onions, pickled carrots and daikon in pan.
  8. 8Serve with a dipping sauce made from soy sauce, rice vinegar, sugar, and chili garlic sauce.
