  • 0.25 cup Soy Sauce (Tamari for gluten-free)
  • 2 tablespoons Brown Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger, grated
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
  • 4 cups Cooked Rice, for serving

Instructions

  1. 1In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce (or tamari), brown sugar, cornstarch, minced garlic, and grated ginger.
  2. 2Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat.
  3. 3Add the sliced beef and stir-fry until browned, about 2-3 minutes. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.
  4. 4Add the broccoli florets to the skillet and stir-fry until crisp-tender, about 3-4 minutes.
