Ingredients

  • 1 cup Dried Chickpeas
  • 1/2 medium Onion
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Parsley
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Cilantro
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
  • 2 tablespoons Sunflower Seed Butter
  • 2 tablespoons Water
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Dill

Instructions

  1. 1Soak chickpeas in water for at least 8 hours or overnight. Drain well.

  3. 3In a food processor, combine chickpeas, onion, parsley, cilantro, garlic, cumin, coriander, baking powder, and salt. Process until finely ground but not a paste.
