  • 2 medium Eggplant
  • 3 tablespoons Sunflower Seed Butter
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
  • 3 tablespoons Olive Oil

  • 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon Smoked Paprika

Instructions
