Ingredients

  • 8 oz Gluten-Free Macaroni Pasta
  • 2 medium Potatoes
  • 1/2 medium Onion
  • 2 tbsp Dairy-Free Butter
  • 2 tbsp Gluten-Free Flour
  • 2 cups Dairy-Free Milk
  • 1 cup, shredded Dairy-Free Cheese
  • 1/4 cup cup Apple Sauce (unsweetened)
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a mini muffin tin.
  2. 2Cook the macaroni according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  3. 3Peel and dice the potatoes and onion. Boil until tender.
  4. 4Melt dairy-free butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Whisk in gluten-free flour and cook for 1 minute.
  5. 5Gradually whisk in dairy-free milk until smooth. Bring to a simmer, stirring constantly. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes, or until thickened.
