Ingredients

  • 1 head Cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1/2 cup Gluten-Free Flour
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 1/2 cup Buffalo Wing Sauce
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Salt

Original measure retained: its cup/spoon or fluid-volume standard is unspecified.

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat your air fryer to about 205°C (200°C).
  2. 2In a medium bowl, whisk together the 1/2 cup Gluten-Free Flour, 1/2 cup Water, 1 tsp Garlic Powder, 1 tsp Onion Powder, and 1/4 tsp Salt until you have a smooth batter.
  3. 3Add the 1 head Cauliflower florets to the bowl with the batter. Gently toss them until each floret is completely coated.
  4. 4Carefully place the battered cauliflower florets into the air fryer basket. Make sure they are in a single layer so they cook evenly. Do not overcrowd the basket; cook in batches if necessary.
  5. 5Air fry for 10 to 12 minutes. About halfway through the cooking time, carefully open the air fryer and flip the cauliflower florets to ensure they become golden brown and crispy on all sides.
  6. 6Once the cauliflower is golden brown and crispy, remove it from the air fryer. Transfer the cooked cauliflower to a clean bowl.
  7. 7Pour the 1/2 cup Buffalo Wing Sauce over the hot cauliflower. Toss gently until all the bites are evenly coated in the sauce.
  8. 8Serve the Air Fryer Buffalo Cauliflower Bites immediately while they are hot and crispy.
