  • 1 cup Dried Chickpeas
  • 1/4 cup Chickpea Flour
  • 1/2 medium Onion
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1/2 cup Fresh Parsley
  • 1/2 cup Fresh Cilantro
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 cups Oil for Frying
  • 1/4 cup Tahini Sauce

Instructions

  1. 1Soak the dried chickpeas in water overnight.
  2. 2Drain the soaked chickpeas and place them in a food processor.
  3. 3Add the onion, garlic, parsley, cilantro, cumin, coriander, chickpea flour, baking powder, salt, and pepper to the food processor.

  6. 6Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C).
