Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs Ground beef
  • 1 tsp Sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper
  • 4 Eggs
  • 4 cups Cooked rice
  • 2 cups Beef broth
  • 2 tbsp Arrowroot powder
  • 2 tbsp Coconut aminos
  • 1/2 Onion
  • 2 cloves Garlic

Instructions

  1. 1In a bowl, combine ground beef, salt, and pepper. Form into 4 patties.
  2. 2In a skillet, cook beef patties to desired doneness. Set aside.
  3. 3Fry eggs to your liking.
  4. 4In the same skillet, sauté onion and garlic until softened.
  5. 5Whisk together beef broth and arrowroot powder until smooth. Add to the skillet.
  6. 6Bring to a simmer, stirring constantly, until the gravy thickens. Stir in coconut aminos.
  7. 7To assemble, place rice in a bowl, top with a beef patty, fried egg, and gravy. Serve immediately.
