  • 1.5 lbs Chicken Thighs
  • 2 cups Basmati Rice
  • 1 large Onion
  • 4 cloves Garlic
  • 1 inch Ginger
  • 2 tsp Cumin
  • 2 tsp Coriander
  • 1 tsp Turmeric
  • 4 pods Cardamom Pods
  • 1 stick Cinnamon Stick
  • 4 cups Chicken Broth
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions

  1. 1Heat vegetable oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add chopped onion and sauté until golden brown.
  2. 2Add minced garlic and ginger to the pot and cook for another minute until fragrant.
