  • 1 lb Chicken Breast
  • 1/2 cup Pineapple Juice
  • 2 tbsp Coconut Aminos
  • 2 tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Ginger
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1/2 tsp Allspice
  • 1/2 tsp Thyme
  • 1/4 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
  • 2 stalks Green Onions
  • 12 Skewers

Instructions

  1. 1Cut chicken breast into 1-inch cubes.
  2. 2In a bowl, whisk together pineapple juice, coconut aminos, brown sugar, ginger, garlic, allspice, thyme, and red pepper flakes.
