  • 1/4 cup Red Wine Vinegar

  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 2 large Sweet Potatoes
  • 1 tbsp Tapioca Flour

Instructions

  2. 2Prepare chimichurri sauce: In a food processor, combine parsley, oregano, garlic, red wine vinegar, olive oil, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Pulse until finely chopped and well combined.
