Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 1 medium Green bell pepper
  • 1 medium Red bell pepper
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Smoked paprika
  • 0.5 tsp Cumin
  • 0.5 tsp Oregano
  • 0.5 tsp Salt
  • 0.25 tsp Black pepper
  • 2 large Hard-boiled eggs
  • 0.25 cup Green olives

Instructions

  1. 1Dice the onion and bell peppers. Mince the garlic.
  2. 2Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. 3Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon.
  4. 4Add the onion, bell peppers, and garlic to the skillet and cook until softened.
  5. 5Stir in the smoked paprika, cumin, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  6. 6Simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  7. 7Chop the hard-boiled eggs and olives. Stir into the beef mixture.
