  • 28 oz Canned crushed tomatoes

  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon Chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. 1Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. 2Add the onion, red bell pepper, and green bell pepper. Cook, stirring occasionally, until softened, about 5-7 minutes.
