Ingredients

  • 1 can Canned Coconut Milk (full-fat)
  • 2 tablespoons Granulated Sugar
  • 3 tablespoons Cocoa Powder
  • 1 tablespoon Vegan Butter
  • 1/4 cup Chocolate Sprinkles (dairy-free)

Instructions

  1. 1In a saucepan, combine coconut milk, sugar, cocoa powder, and vegan butter.
  2. 2Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens and pulls away from the bottom of the pan (about 10-15 minutes).
  3. 3Remove from heat and let it cool completely.
  4. 4Roll the mixture into small balls and coat them with dairy-free chocolate sprinkles.
  5. 5Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
