Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 medium Onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 can (14 oz) Diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup Green olives, sliced
  • 1/4 cup Raisins
  • 1/2 cup Beef broth
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper
  • 1/4 cup Cilantro, chopped

Instructions

  1. 1Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. 2Add the ground beef and cook, breaking it up with a spoon, until browned.
