  • 2 cups Cooked Rice (cold)
  • 0.5 cup Tapioca Flour
  • 1 egg's worth Egg Replacer (prepared)
  • 0.25 cup Onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Parsley, chopped
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 cups Oil for Frying

Instructions

  1. 1Combine ingredients: In a bowl, combine the cooked rice, tapioca flour, egg replacer, chopped onion, parsley, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
