Ingredients

  • 1 lb Pork Loin
  • 6 cloves Garlic
  • 1 cup White Wine
  • 2 Bay Leaf
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Black Pepper
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 4 Crusty Rolls
  • 2 tbsp Mustard

Instructions

  1. 1Slice the 1 lb Pork Loin very thinly, about 1/8-inch thick. Mince the 6 cloves Garlic.
  2. 2In a medium bowl, combine the sliced pork, minced garlic, 1 cup White Wine, 2 Bay Leaves, 1 tsp Paprika, 1 tsp Salt, and 0.5 tsp Black Pepper. Stir everything together to ensure the pork is well coated. Cover the bowl and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes at room temperature, or up to overnight in the refrigerator.
  3. 3Heat 2 tbsp Olive Oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat (400°F / 200°C).
  4. 4Carefully add the marinated pork and any accumulated liquid from the bowl to the hot skillet. Cook for 5-7 minutes per side, until the pork is browned and tender. The internal temperature should reach 145°F (63°C).
  5. 5Remove and discard the 2 Bay Leaves from the skillet.
  6. 6Slice the 4 Crusty Rolls in half horizontally.
  7. 7Spoon the cooked pork mixture into the bottom halves of the rolls. Spread the 2 tbsp Mustard on the top halves of the rolls.
  8. 8Place the top halves of the rolls onto the pork to complete the sandwiches. Serve immediately.
