Ingredients

  • 1 lb Pork Tenderloin
  • 6 cloves Garlic
  • 0.5 cup White Wine
  • 2 leaves Bay Leaf
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 4 rolls Crusty Rolls

Instructions

  1. 1Thinly slice the pork tenderloin. In a bowl, combine garlic, white wine, bay leaf, paprika, salt, and pepper. Add the pork slices and marinate for at least 30 minutes (or up to 2 hours) in the refrigerator.
  2. 2Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated pork and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until cooked through and slightly browned.
  3. 3Serve the pork slices on crusty rolls. Drizzle with some of the marinade from the pan.
