Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cornmeal
  • 1 cup Tapioca Starch
  • 2 cups Shredded Cheese
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1/2 cup Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. 2In a large bowl, combine cornmeal, tapioca starch, cheese, eggs, milk, melted butter, salt, and baking powder.
  3. 3Mix well until a dough forms.
  4. 4Roll the dough into small balls.
  5. 5Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. 6Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
