Ingredients

  • 4 cups Cooked rice (day-old)
  • 4 tablespoons Coconut aminos
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 2 number Shallots
  • 1/2 cup Carrot
  • 1/2 cup Peas
  • 2 number Green onions
  • 1/4 teaspoon Chili flakes
  • 2 tablespoons Sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. 1Mince garlic and shallots. Dice carrot. Chop green onions.
  2. 2Heat vegetable oil and sesame oil in a large wok or frying pan over medium-high heat.
  3. 3Add garlic, shallots, and carrot and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
  4. 4Add cooked rice and peas. Stir-fry for 5 minutes, breaking up any clumps.
  5. 5Pour in coconut aminos and chili flakes. Stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until everything is well combined and heated through.
  6. 6Garnish with chopped green onions and serve immediately.
