Ingredients

  • 4 sheets Gluten-Free Phyllo Dough
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 4 oz Canned Tuna (in oil, drained)
  • 1 tbsp Capers
  • 1 tsp Harissa Paste
  • For frying amount Olive Oil
  • To taste amount Salt
  • To taste amount Black Pepper

Instructions

  1. 1Lay one sheet of gluten-free phyllo dough on a flat surface. Brush lightly with olive oil.
  2. 2Place another sheet of gluten-free phyllo dough on top of the first. Brush lightly with olive oil.
  3. 3In the center of the phyllo dough, create a small well and crack an egg into it.
  4. 4Top the egg with half of the tuna, capers, and harissa paste. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. 5Carefully fold the phyllo dough over the filling to form a triangle or square.
  6. 6Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  7. 7Carefully place the brik in the hot oil and fry for 3-4 minutes per side, or until golden brown and crispy.
  8. 8Remove the brik from the oil and place it on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
  9. 9Serve immediately.
